Delivery Schedule & Shipping Charges

1. SPX Express Delivery

Shipping Charges

• Free for orders above S$50
• S$3.00 for orders below S$50

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed on the same business day and scheduled for courier collection between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, subject to courier availability.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day and scheduled for courier collection between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after courier collection.
• No courier collection or delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
• During peak sales periods or unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather), delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

2. Same-Day Delivery

Order Cut-Off Time

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be delivered on the same day between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM, subject to availability.
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered on the next day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Please Note

• Same-day delivery is available on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
• During peak sales periods or unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather), delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.
  

3. Re-Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, two (2) complimentary re-delivery attempts will be arranged on the next working day or the following working day.

If all re-delivery attempts are unsuccessful, a re-delivery fee of S$6.00 will apply for the next delivery attempt, scheduled between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM on the next working day.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available.

Hotel Delivery

We are able to deliver to hotels. Deliveries will only be made to the Hotel Reception or Concierge.

Please check with your hotel in advance to ensure they are able to accept parcels on your behalf.

No-Delivery Zones

We are unable to deliver to:

• P.O. Boxes
• Parcel Lockers
• Pick Lockers
• Drop-Off Points

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Delivery Notifications

Most orders are delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe. If the courier is unable to complete the delivery, they may contact you via SMS or phone call to arrange a re-delivery or provide further instructions.
