Warranty Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Mazer. By registering your product online, you are entitled to our 2-year limited warranty, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 The warranty period is 2 years, starting from the date of purchase, provided that the product is registered online within 30 days of purchase.
1.2 This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
1.3 At Mazer’s discretion, defective parts will be repaired or replaced, or the product will be replaced entirely.

2. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:
2.1 Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised modifications, including but not limited to:

  • Dropping, crushing, or liquid damage.
  • Damage caused by power surges or improper installation.
  • Usage contrary to the user manual.
    2.2 Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or faded finishes.
    2.3 Loss, theft, or unauthorised repair attempts.
    2.4 Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or distributors.

3. Making a Warranty Claim

3.1 To make a claim, you must:

  • Register your product online within 30 days of purchase.
  • Retain and present your original purchase receipt or invoice.
  • Provide proof of warranty registration confirmation.
    3.2 Visit the Mazer Service Centre with your product during business hours:

    Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (closed on weekends and public holidays).
    3.3 Alternatively, you may contact us at enquiry@whymazer.com for guidance on your warranty claim.

4. Additional Conditions

4.1 Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
4.2 Mazer is not responsible for data loss or recovery during repairs or replacements.
4.3 Services outside the warranty scope may incur charges, which will be communicated before any work begins.
