I bought Mazer powerbank online and tested on Honor 8 Magic Pro and found that it did not work. It couldnt charge the phone. Hence, I spent 4 hours back and fro to service center in Tampines to fix it. A new model was provided but same issue recur. I was told that it will be sent to factory to fix, however, factory says it cannot fix. Then, the technician told me that a new model of different color will be sent for me to try although there is no clear evidence that this same model will work. However, I wanted to give everyone a chance and accepted the suggestion. In the end, the beige model did not work as well. When I asked for refund, I was told that there was no refund. This is clearly a scam. If I buy a powerbank where it claims to charge but does not charge, and I ask for refund but was denied, isn't this a scam? A replacement was offered again, why would model from same brand work again when the other two models did not work? This is utterly disappointing. Other brand like Xiaomi will just refund the money if the model did not perform as intended. Refund is non existent in Mazer. This will be my first and last attempt. I admit I was stupid to try Mazer.
